GOST 50571.13-96 Electrical installations of buildings. Part 7. Requirements for special installations. Cramped room with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling

GOST 50571.13-96 (IEC 364-7-706-83) UDC 696.6:006.354 Group E08 Electrical installations of buildings Part 7: Requirements for special installations Section 706 crowding the room with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling of Electrical installations of buildings. Part 7. Requirements for special installations or locations. Section 706. Restrictive conducting locations GCS 27020, 29020 OKS 3402 Effective date 1/1/1997 Preface 1. Prepared and submitted to the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 337 "Electrical residential and public buildings." 2. Adopted and put into operation the Decree of the State Standard of Russia July 10, 1996 № 448. 3. This standard is the authentic text of the international standard IEC 364-7-706-83 "Electrical installations of buildings. Part 7. Requirements for special installations. Section 706. Cramped room with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling. 4. First introduced. Introduction This standard is included in Part 7 of the State's standards for electrical installations of buildings developed on the basis of the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 364 "Electrical installations of buildings", regulating the requirements for the safe operation of electrical installations of buildings. Numbering sections and paragraphs in standard corresponds to the numbering adopted in IEC 364-7-706 (1983). Requirements of the standard complement, modify or supersede the requirements of GOST 30331.3-95/GOST R 50571.3 and GOST R 50571.8 30331.8-95/GOST, as reflected in the notation of sections and paragraphs of the standard. For example: 706.4 - marking the section setting out the additional and revised requirements relating to the relevant section of GOST R 30331.3-95/GOST 50571.3-94; 706.411.1.4.3 - designation of item, which changes the requirements of GOST 411.1.4.3 30331.3-95/GOST P 50571.3-94; 706.471.2.2 - designation of item, which changes the requirements of paragraph 471.2.2 Standard 30331.3-95/GOST P 50571.8-94. The absence of the standard references to sections or paragraphs 30331.3-95/GOST GOST R 50571.3 and GOST R 30331.8-95/GOST 50571.8-94 means that the requirements of these standards are used without modification. Moreover, electricity providers, working in confined spaces with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling should apply the requirements of other standards set 30331/GOST GOST R 50571 on electrical installations of buildings as they relate to these installations or locations. 1. Scope This standard establishes special requirements for protection against electric shock during operation of electrical equipment in confined spaces with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling. General safety requirements - according to GOST R 50571.1 30331.1/GOST (Part 2). Cramped room with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling - the room, floors, walls and ceiling of which are made of conductive material, inside which a person may come into contact with the surrounding parts of the premises and where possible prevent this contact is limited. 2. Statutory references in this standard references to the following standards: GOST 30331.1-95 (IEC 364-1-72, IEC 364-2-70) / GOST 50571.1-93 (IEC 264-1-72, IEC 364-2-70 ) Electrical installations of buildings. Basic provisions; GOST 30331.3-95 (IEC 364-4-41-92) / GOST 50571.3-94 (IEC 364-4-41-92) Electrical installations of buildings. Part 4. Security requirements. Protection against electric shock; GOST 30331.8-95 (IEC 364-4-47-81) / GOST 50571.8-94 (IEC 364-4-47-81) Electrical installations of buildings. Part 4. Security requirements. General requirements for the application of protective measures to ensure safety. Requirements for the application of protective measures against electric shock. 706. Cramped room with a conductive floor, walls and ceiling of 706.4. Security requirements. 706.41. Protection against electric shock. 706.411.1.4.3. In applying the system BSNN, regardless of the nominal voltage, protection against direct (direct) contact (411.1.4.3 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3) should be provided either by fencing or shells with a degree of protection IR2H, or through isolation test voltage 500 V AC current (rms) for 1 min. 706,471. Application of protective measures against electric shock. 706.471.1. Protect from direct (direct) contact. Protection through the installation of barriers (412.3 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3), and by placing out of reach (412.4 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3) is not allowed. 706.471.2. Protection against indirect contact are allowed only following protective measures: a) when powered hand tools and portable measuring devices - either through the use of systems or BSNN ZSNN (411.1 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3), or by electrical separation of circuits (413.5 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3), provided that the secondary winding of the transformer separating Connect only one power-consuming equipment. It is recommended to use electrical equipment of class II. When using electrical equipment Class I, the latter should have a handle made of insulating material or insulating coating. Note. Separating the transformer may have multiple secondary windings, and b) when powered portable lamps (lights) - through a system BSNN or ZSNN (411.1 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3). Allowed the use of fluorescent lamps with built-in two-winding transformer connected to a power supply system BSNN ZSNN or c) when a stationary electrical power: either through the automatic power-off (413.1 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3) and the use of additional bonding that unites all exposed conductive of stationary electrical equipment and all conductive parts of the premises, accessible to the touch (413.1.6 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3), or by use of the system or BSNN ZSNN (411.1 30331.3/GOST GOST R 50571.3), or by electrical separation of circuits (413.5 Standard 30331.3/GOST P 50571.3), provided that by separating the transformer secondary winding is connected to only one power-consuming equipment. 706.471.2.2.
