Protection against undervoltage "4 first introduced INTRODUCTION This standard is part of the state standards for electrical installations of buildings developed on the basis of the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 364" Electrical installations of buildings ". Basic principles. 451 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 451.1 In cases where the reduction or disappearance of tension with its subsequent recovery may pose a danger to persons or property shall be taken necessary precautions.
